    We accept requests until the end of business hours on the business day prior to the requested date.

  2. Reply from Tsuneyoshi Onishi

    We will contact you including confirmation of the trial date.

  3. Reservation Confirmation

    If there are no problems, the reservation will be completed when we reply to you.

  4. Day of Experience

    Please feel free to come empty-handed and enjoy the experience!

    • Some dates may not be available due to events or staffing.
    • Please apply at least one week before your desired experience date.
    • If you are applying the day before, we recommend contacting us by phone.
    • The experience fee will be paid at the store on the day (Credit cards accepted).
    • Cancellations on the same day will be charged 100% of the fee.
    • Please make sure to provide a phone number where you can be reached on the day of your experience.
